The company was previously constituted as Vizai Engineering LLP and was formally converted into a Private Limited Company on January 11, 2025.

The information, technical specifications, CAD diagrams, capacity ratings, and calculators published on this website are provided for general engineering reference and industrial quotation requests.

• Authorised Use: You may browse, download brochures, and submit quotation or consultation inquiries for legitimate business purposes.
• Prohibited Conduct: Automated scraping, reverse engineering of telematics firmware, bot injection, penetration testing without prior written consent, and denial-of-service attempts are strictly prohibited.

All brand logos, trade names, industrial designs, technical schematics, software algorithms (including VPACS edge telemetry and anomaly models), website copy, product imagery, and downloadable resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Vizai Engineering Private Limited.

Any unauthorized use, imitation, reproduction, counterfeiting, or deceptive representation of VIZAI ENGINEERING or the VE logo marks constitutes statutory and common law infringement, actionable under Sections 29, 134, and 135 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, subject to civil injunctions and damages.

All equipment purchases, custom SPM manufacturing, rental agreements, and spare parts orders are governed by structured commercial protocols:

• Quotation Validity: Formal equipment quotations remain valid for the period specified on the commercial invoice (typically 30 calendar days).
• Proof Load Testing & Inspection: Heavy machinery is subjected to factory proof-load testing and customer Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) prior to site dispatch.
• Payment Terms: Payments must be executed via official RTGS/NEFT or approved banking channels. Delayed payments may result in interest charges or shipment holds.

Equipment leased or rented under Daily Spot Rental, Monthly Operating Lease, or Annual Corporate Fleet Lease models is subject to the following operating terms:

• Maintenance & Consumables: Operating lease packages include all routine preventive maintenance, hydraulic oil top-ups, wheel replacements, and scheduled filter changes managed by Vizai mobile service vans.
• Breakdown Response & Standby Replacement: In the event of unresolvable on-site mechanical breakdown within regional hubs (Chennai, Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, Coimbatore, Hosur), a standby replacement machine is dispatched within 24 hours under our Zero-Downtime Guarantee.
• Operator Responsibility: Lessees must ensure equipment is operated solely by trained personnel in accordance with rated payload limits and safety protocols.

Candidates submitting CVs and applications via our Careers Portal acknowledge that the details provided are accurate and truthful. Vizai Engineering reserves the right to verify credentials and reject applications containing falsified employment or academic records.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Vizai Engineering Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, delays caused by supply chain disruptions, grid power outages, or events constituting Force Majeure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
